MK Workshop is a design studio founded in 2013 by Petra McKenzie and Jonah Kilday. We believe great design begins with truly getting to know our clients. By understanding how they live, what they love, and what they need from their surroundings, we create spaces that reflect their individual personalities and lifestyles while offering comfort and room to retreat and recharge.

We believe beauty, quality, and functionality can coexist regardless of budget. Our work draws inspiration from nature, art, urban textures, and the collaborative process itself, with each project ultimately shaped by the people who will inhabit it.

With offices in Brooklyn, New York, and Austin, Texas, MK Workshop works with clients nationwide on residential and commercial projects.

MK Objects grew from our love of beautiful textiles, furnishings, and objects. We collaborate with local and international craftspeople to bring thoughtfully made pieces and carefully curated objects to our clients and the trade.
